My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though spacious and with great morning views of the harbor, are in need of serious renovation. The service was a bit of a letdown with instances of staff not acknowledging bumps into furniture, although overall they were helpful and had a positive attitude. The location, while offering a fantastic backdrop with backwaters, was quite isolated without much to explore within walking distance. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety, catering well to different tastes. The facilities were decent but could use some improvements.
